DC Universe Online game

Ever wanted to be a super-hero?  Well, now you can!! Sort-of, the new DC online game allows you to create your own superhero which you can then used in the game itself.  The vid shows alot of customization to your charater.  Looks like fun for many many hours.

New York Comic Con 2010

What kind of a Geek would I be if I don’t attend the NYCC when I get the chance.  It’s my first in NY and it sure did not disappoint.  The largest Con I attend was Dragon Con in Atlanta back a couple years ago.  The NYCC is close to being that but still has all the wiz-bang you expect from a great convention.  The focus this time is more on the Fans rather than showcasing up-coming shows or announcement like the San Diego CC (which I will try my hardest to attend next year).  the number of comic artists on-site were simply amazing, even my all time favorite artist Brian Bolland was there.

This was something to remember and hopefully to be revisited again and again.  I really hope the digital age will never kill comics or else the comic con of the future will be like attending a bestbuy store.

Comic collection

I wish I had a comic collection like John P. Borger, who have kindly donated his entire collection of 40,000 comics to University of Minnesota Elmer Anderson Library.  It’s a really good read, check it our here.

Garfield minus Garfield

This site depicts Jon all on his own without Garfield. Kinda interesting and yet strangely sad. Check it out here.
