Walking through the Mall today and spotted a Dell stand with a Black Adamo on display. Took a few pics, too bad it was not powered so I couldn’t play with it. The sales guy says it will retail more than AUD$3k. Hmm….. It’s thinner than I expected, the keyboard could have been better I thought, felt a bit on the cheap side. Nice machine overall.
Found another new mini laptop player, this time from Lenovo with their new IdeaPad S series. It looks like the old Apple ibook but smaller, prices are under $400 for the 9″ screen. Check it out here.
Voodoo have just brought out their super thin laptop, the Envy 133. This beautiful machine is only 0.7″ (not tapered like the Macbook AIR). comes with all important bits like wifi, bluetooth, Ethernet port (built into the power pack!!), 3x USB, 13.3″ screen. Quite impressive but quite expensive too, starts at US$2099. Check it out here.
